"A TRUE conservationist is a man who KNOWS that the world is not given by his fathers but borrowed from his children" - Audubon

Reilly Travers, born and bred on Imire, returned to Zimbabwe in 2005 when he took over management of the game park and set up the Imire Volunteer Program. Reilly shares the dreams of his late grandfather Norman and is passionate about wildlife conservation in Zimbabwe. His aim is to continue Norman’s vision of Imire as a nucleus for breeding animals, in particular the black rhino, with goal of unlocking development potential by enlisting communities as key partners in conservation.
