Numwa House

Numwa House is located in a stunning setting, with sweeping grounds going down to our largest dam. The house has a pool, braai area and verandah, inside bar, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge with fireplace. The house has four double / twin rooms and a dormitory which can accommodate up to five people. There are two indoor bathrooms, three toilets and three outside showers with a great view of sunset over the dam!

Chiwawe Wilderness Camp

The latest addition to Imire, our Chiwawe Wilderness tented campsite is in the wild side of Imire, where four of our black rhinos, Gomo, Kamchacha, Tafara and Khanya, all roam freely. There are six twin walk-in tents, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The tents have their own verandahs looking out into the bush, and there is a large central thatched lounge / dining room and kitchen. Chiwawe also has its own firepit, and if you're lucky one of the rhinos or other animal residents might come and pay you an evening visit!

Both sites have staff to clean and tidy, and they will also help prepare your food (bearing in mind that it is self-catering after all!). There is hot and cold running water and the main lodge in Chiwawe also has electricity.
